Commis Chefs –4 Stars Hotel- Award winning Restaurant-  £12500 per Annum  + service charges +overtime £15 to £16k package - Excellent Opportunity-Gatwick  Airport


The successful Commis Chef will report to the Head Chef of this Hotel Restaurant and will be working as part of a team prepping and cooking food for both the Restaurant and Room Service, to a very high standard.

As aCommis Chef your role will involve the preparation of  mise en place and help in the day to day running of the kitchen.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a quality kitchen environment and develop their skills whilst working to the high standard required. The successful Commis chef will have a passion for food and a desire to deliver the highest quality cuisine.

Experience & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will already have attained an NVQ in Food Preparation or equivalent, or be planning to undertake a qualification. Basic cooking skills such as NVQ or equivalent.
